Guided the creative vision for YOOBIC’s NRF 2025 campaign “Retail’s Ride or Die," delivering bold messaging and brand activations that turned heads at Retail's Big Show, amplifying YOOBIC’s reputation as a trusted retail software partner.
Redefined the newsletter strategy at OfficeNinjas, an independent L&D provider, doubling subscribers to 25k+ in eight months and achieving open rates that consistently exceeded industry benchmarks. This newsletter became the backbone of a thriving admin and operations community.
Strategized and led the development of 8 professional development programs, including a flagship executive leadership program with UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. These programs reskilled over 500 professionals from companies like Google, Salesforce, Roblox, and PayPal, earning an average NPS of 83.
Developed and produced the programming for OfficeNinjas Con, a sold-out conference for 250 admin and ops leaders. Curated workshops, panels, and sessions while crafting all marketing collateral, driving revenue success and earning an NPS of 84.
