Admingling: A Networking Event Series

One thing that makes the Admin+ profession remarkable is the incredible breadth of experience and skills at play. No two roles are quite the same, which means individuals stand to learn a lot from each other.

Administrative and operations professionals need networking designed for powerful professional community building. One they can always tap into for new insights into career challenges.

Admingling was a unique opportunity for me to connect with people who do the kind of work I do. Not only was the atmosphere fun and inviting, the conversations were productive and encouraging.

It was refreshing to talk through organizational struggles, office dynamics, popular tools for our work, and different ways we’ve been successful (and not so successful), with other leaders in my field.

— Yvette Johnson, Chief of Staff to Security CTO, Bothell, WA

From my first interaction with Admingling, it was obvious that this event was curated with Admin+ professionals in mind. Every detail was clearly outlined and addressed. The pre-event communications and check-in went smoothly.

The real magic was meeting other peers in my city! My day-to-day can feel quite lonely, so it was great to exchange strategies. For example, one attendee told me about this new HR law impacting all businesses and I was able to research a solution the next day.

I also greatly enjoyed the dialogue and conversation topics. I left the event in a mood to dream about the future I want, both personally and professionally. All in all, three hours very well spent.

— Blaire Sullivan, Executive Business Administrator, Chicago, IL

Volunteering for Admingling was everything I hoped it would be! I got a chance to peek at the behind-the-scenes work it takes to put an evening like this together. It was well organized, ran smoothly, and served its purpose: to get administrative professionals together to share, connect, and collaborate. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed volunteering as much as I did at Admingling. 10/10 would do it again.

— Jennie Visitacion, Administrative Associate, Stanford, CA

Admingling has given me the ability to grow both personally and professionally through the connections I've made and best practices I've learned. When I attend these events, I receive knowledge and advice I can implement the next day, which is immensely valuable. OfficeNinjas has created a community I have come to love and rely on.

— Kaitlan Norrod, Executive Assistant, Austin, TX
